Regina Early Learning Centre

The Regina Early Years Family Resource Centre (EYFRC) is a program administered by the Regina Early Learning Centre (ELC) as part of its growing network of child-centered programs and services.

The Regina Early Learning Centre supports the healthy development of young children by providing a range of education and support services for young children and their families.  These programs help create brighter futures for children, families and our community as a whole.

Regina Early Learning Centre Programs

The ELC was created to work in partnership with families to enable their children to achieve their full potential. In addition to the EYFRC, the ELC delivers the following high-quality programming:

Partnership with parents is central to the Early Learning Centre. Parents are involved in ELC programming in a variety of meaningful ways including governance, home visits, an open door policy and programming for parents.

The EYFRC’s mission is to improve outcomes for children prenatal to age five and for their families in Regina. By working together we can create a community where all children and families are thriving and have the supports and services to enable them to meet their full potential.

The Regina EYFRC looks forward to continuing to build opportunities for children and families that contribute to the ELC’s vision of Strong Beginnings and Brighter Futures.
