The Early Years Family Resource Centre (EYFRC) provides free high-quality early learning space and programming to families and caregivers with children from birth to age 5 in Regina, Saskatchewan.
The EYFRC welcomes all patrons to use our space as a place to play, interact, and learn together, meet other families, participate in programming for children and adults, and to meet with community, healthcare and educational professionals.
A Program of the Regina Early Learning Centre
The EYFRC operates under the organizational umbrella of the Regina Early Learning Centre, whose mission is to improve early childhood development and outcomes for children from the prenatal period to age 5 and to support their families in Regina.

Our Mission
To be a one-stop point of access for programs and supports meeting the needs of families with children newborn to age 5; and to provide safe, stimulating environments with opportunities for families to partner with community to meet the needs of children newborn to age 5.
