Community Programs & Local Support

211 - 211 connects people with help for countless needs - from food banks, housing assistance, and mental health support to legal aid, transportation, and much more.

Carmichael Outreach - A judgement-free drop-in space for individuals and families experiencing poverty, homelessness, or substance use challenges. Services include warm meals, clothing and household items, hygiene access, emergency food and diaper support, harm reduction (e.g., testing and safe supplies), a winter Warming Centre, as well as housing referral, move-in support, and advocacy.

Souls Harbour Rescue Mission - A trusted community hub offering food services, women’s addiction recovery programs (Shayil Home), free clothing, daycare (Green Earth Daycare), and life skills support to those affected by poverty, addiction, or housing instability.

The Regina Early Years Family Centre acknowledges we are on the traditional lands of the Treaty 4 Territory, the original lands of the Cree, Saulteaux, Dakota, Nakota, Lakota, and the homeland of the Métis Nation.
