Staff provide guidance, resources, and connections to help keep children, families, and the community healthy.

Mom & Kids Health Saskatchewan - A gateway to a wide range of supports through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood, delivered through the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Saskatchewan Perinatal Health Network - Free in-person and virtual peer support services for expecting and new parents across Saskatchewan who experience or are at risk of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

811 Healthline - Free, confidential, around the clock support for Saskatchewan residents seeking health, mental health, or addiction-related guidance.

Saskatchewan Prevention Institute - A comprehensive resource hub covering critical areas including child development, parenting, pregnancy, infants, mental health, injury prevention, alcohol/FASD, sexual health, safety, and violence prevention.

Family Service Regina - Access to mental health counselling for individuals, couples, children, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship conflict, or parenting concerns. Sessions are available in person, by phone, or via video.
