    The Regina Regional Intersectoral Committee's Data Working Group developed an indicators report to describe the environment for young children in Regina based on the Regina Children's Charter. Doug Elliott of QED Information Systems compiled the report.

    This poster highlights the remarkable brain development that occurs during children's early years.

  • EDI Results

    The Early Development Instrument (EDI) was used to assess Regina kindergarten children's development from birth until kindergarten entry. Results showed Regina's children significantly more vulnerable than their Canadian peers.

    This poster highlights the importance of the first six years of a child`s life.

  • UEY Regina Community Action Plan

    The Community Action Plan is the result of collaborative effort to identify ways to improve early childhood development in Regina based on a three-year study that included local data, best practices and community consultation.

  • UEY Regina Community Mapping Report

    The Community Mapping Report reported on the three years of early childhood and local research and community development conducted during UEY Regina. It reports neighbourhood-level data on kindergarten children's development through maps.
