Where: Four Directions Community Health Centre

Date & Times: Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 9:00 - 4:00pm; and Wednesdays from 1:00 - 4:00pm

A Primary Health Care Nurse works closely with a physician to provide services for referred and walk-in clients. Outreach services to other agencies as provided. Call 766-7672 for more information.

Services include:

• Sexual & reproductive health
• Diabetes screening
• Group programming
• Non-emergency medical attention
• Health assessments

Treatment for Children

Child Health Clinic - Routine child immunization is provided on a drop-in basis (Monday to Friday from 1:00-3:00pm). Each child takes 30-45 minutes

Dental Health Education - You can have your child's teeth checked and referral to a dentist as needed. You an make an appointment by calling 766-6320 (free of charge).

Speech & Language - Pathologist is available by appointment call 766-7544.
